Role overview

British Council Morocco is recruiting a Customer Services Assistant for its office in Casablanca. We are looking for candidates with excellent people skills and high levels of accountability to deliver strongly customer focussed services that meet the needs of both our internal and external customers.

The Customer Services Assistant will work with a country-wide CS team and will work closely with all British Council departments to provide accurate and relevant information to all British Council customers - face to face, by phone (Contact Centre) and by e-mail and social media. They will also promote and sell British Council products and services as appropriate and manage all Teaching Centre and Exams registrations and the related, delegated financial tasks to agreed policy.

Applicants need to have a pre-existing right to live and work in Morocco.
