Role overview
British Council Morocco is recruiting 4 Customer Service Assistants (hourly paid) for its offices in Casablanca and Rabat. We are looking for candidates with excellent people skills and high levels of accountability to deliver strong customer focussed services that meet the needs of both our internal and external customers.
The Customer Services Assistant will work with a country-wide CS team and will work closely with all British Council departments to provide accurate and relevant information to all British Council customers - face to face, by phone (Contact Centre) and by e-mail and social media. They will also promote and sell British Council products and services as appropriate and manage all Teaching Centre and Exams registrations and the related, delegated financial tasks to agreed policy.
