From Wednesday 23 July 2026, Customer Services for British Council Exams at the Millennium Centre, Rabat will move online.
This change is designed to make it easier for customers to access support through our digital and contact centre services.
What is changing?
From 23 July 2026:
- Customer Services will no longer be available at the Millennium Centre in Rabat.
- Payments for new IELTS registrations, Test Date Transfers, Enquiry on Results (EOR), and One Skill Retake services must be made online or via bank transfer only.
- In-person collection of exam certificates will no longer be available at our Rabat office. Certificates will be delivered by courier only (terms and conditions may apply), except for IELTS on Computer, where electronic certificates are issued.
