Role overview

British Council Morocco is recruiting a Human Resources Manager- Business Support services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional, capable of operating in a key role and willing to provide expert HR advice and support to managers on all aspects of Human Resources Management, including Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Staffing Resourcing and TACOS.

The post holder is responsible for the implementation / delivery of HR policies and procedures as per Regional and Global requirements.

Applicants should have a University degree in Human Resources Management or Similar qualification, and at least 2 years work experience in a Human Resources Management role and roven competence in this area, and/or knowledge and experience of training/delivering HR Courses.


A very good level of speaking and writing in English, Arabic and French is required.
(English: B2 Level-Upper intermediate / Pre-advanced and French: C1 Level).
